It is used with special dosing pumps in industrial dishwashers. It easily dissolves the frozen oil and dirt on the dishes. It is formulated for use in hard and very hard waters. It is not recommended for use on dishes containing soft metals such as aluminum. Thanks to its strong formula, it also provides extra hygiene in the dishes. Contains alkali active substances, dirt solvents and preservatives.
pH VALUE : 11 (İn 1% solution)
DOSING AMOUNT : 3 – 6 gr / 1 liter of water dosing is done.
